Caique is an electronics engineer who graduated from UNISAL in 2019. He received his M.Eng. (Electrical Engineering) degree from Federal University of São Carlos in 2022. Currently, he is a PhD Candidate in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering) at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Campinas.
Since 2017, he has been working with scientific research and teaching, funded by UNISAL (2017, 2018 and 2019), CAPES (2021 and 2022) and FUNCAMP (since 2022).
In his master’s research, he worked with PPG signals, motion artifact removal, machine learning, signal processing and pulse oximetry. His doctoral research focuses on explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) in wearables, specifically on the Samsung Galaxy Wearables.
He was born in Campinas-SP and since 1994 he has learned incredible things. His great passions are Brazil, books, microcontrollers, family&friends and GFC! 😎
